  • Do you ship?
    Yes! We ship throughout the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
  • Where are you located?
    You can find us inside Merchant Square Antiques in Chandler, AZ, and online anytime. We’re proud to be part of the local vintage scene and the largest vintage collection in the state. 1509 N Arizona Ave Chandler, AZ 85225
  • Can I return or exchange a product?
    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please read item descriptions carefully and review all photos before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before checking out.
  • How do I know if something will fit me?
    We provide measurements in each listing to help you find your perfect fit. Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing, so always compare the measurements to something you already own. If you need more info, just ask!
  • What condition are the items in?
    All items are pre-loved and vintage—meaning they may show signs of wear, age, or character. We do our best to note any major flaws in the description. Please read closely and check photos for details.
  • How fast do items ship?
    Items ship within 2 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order. We know you're excited to get your vintage—so we get it out the door fast!
